ninefold opposition (Feb 17-23), Pluto-Rahu ninefold

However, the Neptune-Ketu ninefold trine and Mars-Rahu auspicious
trine will be responsible for the political stability
around the world. The positive influence
of these trines will also be reflected in world economic
growth and advances in technology and science.

President Bush and his administration:
President Bush's most operating and the currently dominating
planets, Ketu (South lunar node) and Pluto will continue
to transit though the
7th
house of his ninefold progressive chart until February
12. Therefore, at least until February 12, he will continue to have difficulties in carrying out his agenda,
and he will continue to face serious problems in dealing with his own
