Comments on General Global Predictions of
the last month
The
month of March is going to be remembered as the month of deception
for most of the major global events occurring in this month.
Interestingly during
March while new deceptions were created some of the important past deceptions
were brought to light. And they are:
Richard Clarke, the
former White House anti-terrorism chief both in his book and to the
9/11 panel revealed that Bush administration didn't consider terrorism threat serious
enough before the 9/11 attacks in New York City and Washington DC and after
the 9/11 attacks the preoccupation with Saddam and Iraq
resulted in Bush administration not paying serious attention to Al-Qaida organization. (The monthly global
predictions at this site have been following the Bush administration in depth
since September 2002 with respect to Iraq war and President Bush's decision to
go to war against Iraq.)
The passing of the Medicare Bill in the House last December
seemed to be a deceptive process, and it had come to light during March when it was revealed that the
administration didn't tell the law makers that the actual cost to American tax
payers was going to be much more than 400 Billion dollars that they asked for.
Pakistan's attempt to
capture high valued Al-Qaida operative almost looked like a done deal and then
it failed. We would never know what really might have happened behind
the scene (if and) until it gets revealed sometimes in future.
The major planetary configurations that will be responsible
for global events in March are: auspicious Rahu-Jupiter (Feb 14 -
Mar 11) trine and Neptune-Rahu/Ketu (Feb 26 - Mar 19) secretive squares. While the auspicious trine will be responsible to
continue maintaining
economical and social progress all around the world the lunar nodes
squaring Neptune will manifest
themselves in political, social deception as well as violence and terrorism,
covert activities, and manmade and natural calamities. Secret activities all around
the world are likely to accelerate by the end of February through March 19.
Also, during the same period (Feb 26 - Mar 19) Al-Qaeda activities might be on
rise, and social
confusion and chaos in countries like Russia and China is probable. Beginning
March 14 Neptune-Uranus ninefold opposition will bring added
dimension of a new conflict between conservatives and liberals in
the United States. Again deception will play a major role in this
conflict.
The headline news of the
month are:
March 11: Madrid
Bombings which not only just brutally killed 200 and wounded 1500
people but the ruling party of Spain lost the election...apparently creating
the impression that al-Qaida can influence the political course in the
West. Bush administration has lost an important ally.
Continued violence and
almost daily loss of American lives in Iraq still dominate the news.
March 21: Richard
Clarke, the former white house counter-terrorism chief accused the Bush
administration for misleading the nation with Iraq War and also ignoring the
warnings of potential Al-Qaida attacks (September 11).
John Kerry and President
Bush have been running negative campaigns and creating ever increasing friction
between the liberals and conservatives. Never before liberals and
conservatives had been at other's throat so intensely.
For science and
technology March 14 onwards (actually till April 10) this is a great
time. Acceleration in research activities resulting in
innovations and discoveries in modern medicine and biotechnology are
very likely. Other fields such as high-tech, information
technology will also make headways.
In general, while the
first two-to-three weeks will be weeks of chaos and confusion,
continued violence, terrorism and and suicide bombings in Iraq, Palestine
and Israel area the last couple of weeks will be dominated by
progress in science and technology.
The countries that
are likely to make headline news are: United States, Iraq, Middle Eastern countries including Israel and
Palestine, Russia and China.
President Bush and his administration:
As
you probably have already noticed from the last month's prediction
that since February President Bush has been challenged by the
retrograde Saturn square to his natal Neptune. As a result, to win
their approval he has been resorting to deceptive tactics of
repositioning himself before American people directly
contradicting to his earlier stand on both domestic and foreign
policy (WMD) matters. In doing so he has been facing very difficult and frustrating time
(as his stubbornness and reluctant
to let his
ego go, a unique characteristics of sidereal Taurus Uranus and
Rahu), and therefore, he has been under severe political
pressure. On March 24, Pluto becomes retrograde. The
retrograde Pluto in his ninefold ascendant of his natal chart will
certainly be responsible for a beginning phase of transformation
in his personality. At this point what this transformation
will entail....it's difficult to predict since possibilities are
abound. In my opinion, I wouldn't be surprised to see a
drastic change in his personal agenda which may seriously
contradict the political agenda of the Republic Party.
Bush
administration has been on defensive in explaining the reasons for
Iraq War and fighting against terrorism. The administration
also lost Spain, an important ally for Iraq War.
In
light of recent hearings that began around March 24 (the day Pluto
turned retrograde) by an independent 9/11 panel appointed by
President Bush the controversial testimony by Richard Clarke which
the White House vehemently opposed and attacked resulted in the
Panel's demand for national security advisor Dr. Rice to testify.
The Bush White House after strongly resisting to have Dr. Rice
testify under oath in front of the 9/11 panel yielded to the
political pressure and very reluctantly allowed to have Dr. Rice
testify. It seems that this event may prove to be the beginning of this
transformation as
stated above.
The
Country:
For
the country in general, the second week (March 10-15) is very
negative. A possibility of either man-made or natural calamity or
a very chaotic social turmoil exists. The last two weeks are
positive from economic expansion and technological advances
standpoint.
March
11 Madrid Bombings has certainly changed the people's
(especially in the West, and particularly in the USA) perception
about safety.
For
the Democratic Party the second week is likely to bring some confusion
and chaos but then after the third week it will recover nicely
with firm goal and solid national agenda. For the Republic
Party the first week (Mar 5-11) indicates frustration and
deception. But latter half of the month doesn't look too
bad.

Russia:
The
first two weeks of the month will certainly be challenging for the
Putin administration. More political secrets are likely to
become public perhaps causing a major shift in public perception
of government policies.
Putin
administration barely managed to win election and stayed in power.

Europe: First two weeks of the month may
bring unwanted political and social instability in the
continent. But second half of the month looks to be positive
for the continent from
social as well as economic progress standpoint.

Religion:
Religious authorities will likely to come under social and
political pressure during the first two weeks of the month.
·
Natural and
Man-made Calamities:
March 5 - 19 is not good period for most of the world, and it's likely to filled with events related to both
man-made and natural calamities.
Madrid
Bombings and major violence in the Iraq and Middle East occurred
during March 5 - 19.
While
man-made calamities may manifest themselves in terrorism, unrest,
violence, and accidents, the natural calamities are likely to
include extreme weather conditions such as severe cold winters, and equally intensive droughts; and thunderstorms, earthquakes, air
crashes
and fires.
Comments on the last month's World Financial Markets
predictions
World
financial markets in the first two weeks of March are likely to be bearish and
then for the rest of the month bullish.
It must be noted that the basis for the following predictions
mainly includes the influence of the planets Saturn, Jupiter, and Mars along
with the slower moving modern planets Uranus, Neptune,
and Pluto. For the ninefold analysis, the fast
moving planets like Mercury, Venus, Sun, and Moon can also influence the outcome
of the world markets. However, these influences, although usually insignificant,
are difficult to account for as the analysis then becomes too complex to make
market predictions. Therefore, should it
become necessary to account for the influence of fast moving planets the timely advanced updates whenever
appropriate will be provided.
