Important
planetary configurations for November that are going to impact the
world events are: Neptune-Rahu ninefold opposition, Pluto-Uranus

surrounding the world events and increased covert activities. To top it all
the total lunar eclipse (November 8/9) will change the course of current world
activities for next couple of months for worse.
On a positive note,
Uranus-Saturn (Nov 21-30) and Pluto-Jupiter (Nov 14-20) ninefold trines
will be responsible for positive changes in religious, technical,
and scientific (more innovations, discoveries, and inventions)

President Bush and his administration:
As
predicted last month, during
October, President Bush continued to
come under pressure and be on defensive and continued surge in
violence in Iraq put added pressure on
Bush administration to defend its position of justification of
Iraq war.
Neptune's
continued march opposing the natal Mercury and Pluto in President
Bush's birth chart will keep the administration on defensive.
Around November 20 when Pluto's transit over his natal Ketu and
opposite natal Rahu and Uranus will force President Bush to make
difficult choices as he will come under strong pressure from
international community to change his present course on Iraq
policy. President's Bush's popularity and job rating will be on
decline due to his stubbornness to change on certain key

nations with respect to its war against terrorism agenda, and also with domestic matters. There will be a
transformation of a political strategy (as it did in last March) that might become responsible of a change
in the current political agenda, and foreign policy matters of the Bush administration as the planet

As a result, the Republic Party and republicans including the republican
president Bush are likely to run into some very difficult period. Also, USA and
China may go through a crisis situation during the same period.

4-14 period may turned out to be a period of crisis for the Putin
administration due to a possible domestic turmoil. Also, economic
turmoil is likely.

Europe: Eastern European
countries are likely to be negatively influenced by Neptune-Rahu ninefold
opposition. Covert activities may find a new momentum (but because of
Neptune's secretive character we may never know) with regard to terrorism and
other domestic as well as international conflicts.

Japan and Pacific-rim Countries: Social as well as economic
turmoil in China can not be ruled out during the first half of the month.

promoting their agenda.
