Although it’s very difficult to predict the influence of
planets on a given individual without referring to his or her birth chart the
following is intended only as a general guideline. For confirmation, however, you must refer to your birth
chart. Based on the assessment of planetary strengths or weaknesses in your
birth chart, placement
of planets in your current progressive regular and ninefold charts, and the
current operating planetary cycles the following may or may not be applicable.
Neptune-Jupiter
opposition (May
28- June 8)
Both Jupiter and Neptune are considered as auspicious
planets. While Jupiter deals with outward and material things Neptune's
influence on us is very abstract and subtle. Jupiter-Neptune opposition occurs
once (actually 2-3 times with in a year's period due to their retrograde
motions) in about 13-14 years. For those who have
such opposition in their birth charts, and if they have any one of these planets
influencing them through the current progressive cycle are certainly going to
experience a transformation (irreversible change) of their beliefs and moral
values that they have been attached to. It's time for marching ahead with a
quantum step in the process of self discovery (or evolution). Embrace this
period with total openness and vulnerability. It's the time of rejuvenation with a

On the world scene, world religions are likely to be
challenged with earthshaking ideas that they must attend to. Those religious
leaders, who are willing to be open minded and ready to listen and act on new
and fresh ideas, are the ones that going to be responsible to transform our
religious world to a new level. Others are going to fade away with time.
Neptune-Uranus
ninefold opposition (May 31 - Aug 17)
Neptune-Uranus
ninefold opposition occurs on average about once every 8-9 years, although the
year it occurs, it may occur at 2-3 separate occasions due to retrograde motion
of these planets. For those who have conjunction or opposition of Neptune and
Uranus in their birth charts, and for those whose current planetary operating
cycle is influenced by either of these planets are likely to experience a
challenging period that would demand a total change in the surrounding you are
currently in. Unless these planets are favorably placed in your charts such
ninefold opposition is likely to bring a total change in your current setting of your lifestyle and transform it
to a totally new setting which may be very painful and undesirable for a short
term. In any
event it's going to be an irreversible change. Be prepared to embrace this
change with open mind and positive attitude.
On
the collective level a situation between the United States and Russia is likely
to develop that will manifest itself into an event or happening of cause of
concern to each other. Natural as well as man-made calamities are likely
including terrorism. Russia and/or China may
experience some kind of political or social turmoil.
Pluto-Rahu ninefold conjunction (and Ketu-Pluto
opposition) ( May 27 - June 20)
Unless these planets are favorably placed in your birth chart, such
ninefold conjunctions or squares
between Pluto and lunar nodes, in general, means drastic changes
(transformations) pertaining to aspects of your life described by the houses
they belong to. Usually such transformations are accompanied with severe pains
if lunar node Rahu (or Ketu), and/or Pluto is affecting your life via your current
progressive chart. In my opinion, best way to deal with this situation is
to (which is not easy to do) accept it (the inevitable change), and move on with
your life. There's no point in brooding over it, and not letting your past go. Just
believe that on long term basis such changes are good for you.
On a collective level, an eruption of new waves of
violence in the Palestine-Israel region is likely. And perhaps,
towards the end of this period (by the end of August) due to Pluto's
transformation process, the resulting changes are likely to become irreversible.
Hope we see some kind of a solution. In addition, world religions in general,
and religious leaders in particular, may experience themselves having to go
through crisis that demand changes. In other words, the orthodox religious
leaders may come under social and moral pressures to change the way they handle
their responsibilities.
Pluto-Jupiter trine (June 27- July 5)
This is an important planetary event for people who deal
with religion, religious and academic institutes. This auspicious trine will become
responsible for a unique progress in the field of religion and academics as the planet
Pluto with its tremendous energy has a power of irreversibly transforming the
field of religion and academics to a new level or setting with a new set of
norms.
In your birth chart if Jupiter and Pluto are in trine, and if either of these planets is currently influencing your
life via your current
progressive chart, then you are perhaps standing on the thresh-hold of a new era
that's about to begin in your life. Depending on the houses these planets
occupy in your birth chart, you are going to have a totally new and a very
different experience in that particular field. Be ready to accept this new
settings with new challenges as well as the rewards that come with them.
On a collective level, religious and academic and to
some extent social fields are very likely to see changes coming in their
respective fields. Initial
reaction to the change might appear to be a bit confusing and perhaps chaotic,

Uranus-Saturn regular trine (June18 -July 1) &
ninefold conjunction (June 23-26)
This is a very positive period for those who have
Uranus-Saturn trine in their natal charts, and one of these two planets are
operating though the current cycle. Depending on the houses involved
expect some real positive development in your life.
On a collective level, this is a good period for
religious activities all around the world. Also, this is a great time for
the USA to make some extraordinary progress in both international and domestic
affairs.
Saturn-Ketu
ninefold trine (Saturn-Rahu ninefold sextile) (June
14-17)
Saturn-Ketu
trine is going to be very favorable for those who have lunar nodes favorably
placed in their natal charts with respect to Saturn. If such placing is
connected to the first house, second house, ninth house, tenth house, or
eleventh house then expect monetary as well as power gains, promotions and
improved prestige in professional and social fields. The ideas that you
always wanted to pursue but somehow could never get started....now is the time
to follow that dream. You will distinctly notice and feel the positive energy
flowing through you during this period. It's time to jump in and enjoy
this period.
Mars-Rahu, and Mars-Ketu Squares (June 11-14)
During these four days in June Mars makes squares
to each of the lunar nodes. Typically these squares are very unfavorable and
unfortunate in general. For those who have these squares in their birth
chart, and if they have any one of these planets influencing them through the
current progressive cycle need be careful. The best thing to do is to lay low
key, not make any new commitment, and avoid taking any sort of risk.
On the world scene, expect some both natural and
man-made calamities causing destruction and loss of lives during these four days
in June.
Uranus-Mars
conjunction (June
21-26)
This
6-day period will prove to be a period of very intense negative experience for those who have
unfavorable placing of Mars with respect to Uranus in their natal charts. Expect
sudden and devastating change that will test your being. Be prepared for a
total change of surroundings around you and possibly experiencing a hostile
atmosphere around you. Be cautious and on guard since the possibilities are
limitless. For those who have well placed Uranus-Mars configurations in their
birth charts would likely to be victorious and successful in whatever the
business they are in.
On a collective level, a possibility of sudden outbreak
of new a conflict affecting the United States of America can not be ruled
out. Or it could it be a man-made intentional accident (not as bad as
September 11) or a mishandling incident by the government?
