Although it’s very difficult to predict the influence of
planets on a given individual without referring to his or her birth chart the
following is intended only as a general guideline. For confirmation, however, you must refer to your birth
chart. Based on the assessment of planetary strengths or weaknesses in your
birth chart, placement
of planets in your current progressive regular and ninefold charts, and the
current operating planetary cycles the following may or may not be applicable.
Retrograde Venus (October 11 - Nov 21)
On
October 11, the planet Venus turned retrograde in its motion in
sidereal zodiac sign Libra. Venus becomes
retrograde about once every 19 months, and stays retrograde for about six
weeks. In
general, a retrograde Venus means a very challenging period for
women, marriages, home life, lovers, entertainment industries. Expect the
divorce rates to peak, fighting between spouses to intensify, and delays, frustrations,
and misunderstandings to take a center-stage in domestic matters. If
you have a dominating Venus in your birth chart, and if your current planetary
cycle influences your life via Venus then you are more likely to experience the
effects of the retrograde Venus till November 21. The entertainers like actors, actresses, musicians, comedians, movie
directors and producers may
find themselves in a miserable situation during the retrograde Venus period
especially if
they are currently being influenced by Venus through their current progressive
cycles.
Retrograde Saturn (October 11 - February 22)
Saturn became retrograde on October 11 and going to stay retrograde till February 22,
2003. For those who have a well placed Saturn in their birth charts and
if Saturn's period is currently in operation, then they are likely to experience
slow progress. Best way to deal with retrograde Saturn is to put more energy in
to whatever you do to work towards your goal.
On
the world scene, generally, the projects that deal with expansion are likely to
either stay on hold or experience sluggish progress. In religious world,
things are likely to move at frustratingly slow rate. In the political arena what may seem like progress
will turn out to be a disaster.
Neptune-Saturn ninefold opposition (Nov 1-16)
If
you have either a Neptune-Saturn square, or opposition in your birth chart, and
if your current planetary operating cycle is
influenced by either of these planets then you are likely to experience a subtle
but serious financial or social setback or an unpleasant secrete will be
revealed to you. If you are planning to take long distance (overseas) trips
during this period, be extra careful of nasty surprises, or even being stranded
in places you never dream of.
On
the collective level, covert activities will be on rise. Possibilities of natural as well as man-made
calamities are very likely. Places like Russia and China are likely to
experience political and social turmoil. Non-democratic countries are likely to
see shift of power from one faction (or dictator) to another. Religious
activities around the world will likely to appear more secretive than open.
Neptune-Rahu ninefold conjunction and Neptune-Ketu
ninefold opposition (Nov 24 -Dec 7)
For those who have a poor placing of Neptune-Rahu (or
Neptune-Ketu) by being especially in the sixth, eighth, and the twelfth house in
their birth chart, and current operating cycles is influenced by one of these
planets are likely to experience instability caused due to sudden change in
their activities and surroundings. Such experiences might turn out to be
very unfortunate and frustrating. It would certainly be wise not to commit
to anything new during this one week period and stay low key.
On the collective level, social as well as economic
turmoil in Russia and China can not be ruled out. Eastern European
countries are
also likely to be negatively influenced by this planetary configuration.
Covert activities around the world may find a new momentum (but because of
Neptune's secretive character we may never know) with regard to terrorism and
other international conflicts.
Saturn-Pluto ninefold square (Nov 25- Dec 3)
If in your birth chart Pluto makes a square with Saturn,
and if either of these planets is currently influencing your life via your
current progressive chart, then you want to consider taking extra precaution in
dealing with money matters, people at work, especially with your adversaries. In
general, this is the time to stay low key and not be aggressive. Be cautious and
alert as much as possible. Do not trust anybody during this period.
On a collective level, Russia is likely to face with
some serious challenges and perhaps sudden changes. To some extent China
is also going to have a similar experience.
Pluto-Rahu ninefold trine (and Pluto-Ketu sextile)
(Nov 9-20)
If through your current progressive chart influence of
either Pluto or lunar node is active and if Pluto is favorably positioned with
respect to lunar nodes in your natal chart expect a very favorable time during
November. Such positive events will be related to the affairs signified by the
houses these planets occupy or aspects. For example if the seventh house is
involved, expect a new and positive development in a relationship, or business
partnership, or success in capturing the audience if you deal with masses. If
eleventh house is involved November may financially prove to be a very rewarding
month
On a collective level, this is a good period for
European economy. This period (Nov9-20) is also good for progress in technical
fields (new innovations and discoveries) and religious reconciliation.
