One
of the important planetary events of April is the transit of the modern planet
Uranus from (sidereal) Capricorn to Aquarius on April 4. It will stay in
Aquarius till July 27, and then with its retrograde motion returns to
Capricorn and stays in Capricorn till January 24, 2002. After January 2002 it
will reenter Aquarius and stay there for the following 6 to 7 years.
Although it's going to remain in Aquarius only for a short while before it
returns to Aquarius next year, Uranus being the planet of change will
certainly affect the matters related to Aquarius sign in a big way. The
drastic changes in our social perception about the way we live is going to be
tremendously influenced by Uranus's entry in Aquarius. In scientific and
technological areas expect a lot of drastic changes and new ideas will find
their way to manifest into innovations and discoveries. The scientific

seems like Russia (Russian politics) seems lot more stable today than a month
or so ago.

Hong Kong, and Pacific-rim countries: China is likely to continue to
have to face the political, social and economical problems during April 2-10 and
April 18-21 periods. However with these exceptions the month looks good
for China as well as Pacific-rim countries from economic and political
standpoints. People of China are likely to feel more positive about their future.
The

During April 18-21, and April 26-30 periods, man-made as well as natural calamities and accidents
more likely. Otherwise, the month looks pretty much trouble free. Although it is very difficult to predict the geographic locations
for man-made and natural calamities, the possibility of those occurring in
North and Central America, Mid-East, and Indian subcontinent are more likely.
Flooding
in mid-west causing the Mississippi river to rise to a level near its all time
high. Also, several storms (including some winter storms) hit in the
various parts of the United States, as well as other in other countries.
While
man-made calamities may manifest themselves in terrorism, unrest,
violence, and accidents, the natural calamities are likely to include extreme
weather conditions such as severe cold winters in the northern hemisphere, and
equally intensive droughts in the southern hemisphere; and thunderstorms, earthquakes,
air crashes and fires.
Economies around the world from the planetary standpoint, are expected to
slowly improve during this month, and as a result, the future direction of the
world financial markets look to be a sluggish to a slight growth. Although
markets will continue to show pockets of high volatilities the general trend as
we move through this month is going to be mixed.
It must be noted that the basis for the following predictions
mainly includes the influence of the planets Saturn, Jupiter, and Mars along
with the slower moving modern planets Uranus, Neptune,
and Pluto. For the ninefold analysis, the fast
moving planets like Mercury, Venus, Sun, and Moon can also influence the outcome
