California Governor Election Recall

Recently I have received birth information (which is yet to be verified by independent source) for Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lt. Gov. Cruz Bustamante. I have cast their natal charts and the general analysis is as follows (Please note I'm only comparing two candidates against each other):
Arnold Schwarzenegger: Born on July 30, 1947, 4:10 PM in Graz, Austria (47.1 N, 15.45 E).
As per his sidereal chart the rising sign is Gemini. For a celebrity like him I would expect at least one planet to be on a cusp of any house. According to birth time as stated above his Mercury and Sun are very close to the ascendant and second house respectively. In my opinion they need to be on the cusps of their respective houses, and therefore, the actual birth time is very likely closer to 4:05 PM.
With Mercury (ruler of the first and the fourth house) on ascendant cusp in Gemini makes Arnold a public figure, a very healthy person, and an actor (Venus in the first house). His mercury makes a perfect trine with Jupiter (ruler of the seventh and the tenth house) in the fifth house assuring him success and fame in his profession of acting. The same Mercury (with support from Jupiter) can also steer him in the direction of public visibility and politics, and therefore, it's no surprise he wants to run for public office (governor of California). Other important feature of his chart is the Saturn-Pluto conjunction in his second house clearly signifying his immigration to a land far away from his birth place where he becomes very successful in his life. Without getting in detailed analysis of his chart I will focus on his chances of becoming governor of California.
In the next two to three weeks Mars and Uranus (the very planets which are, in my opinion, the sole cause for the recall election) will be making squares with his natal nodes. In addition, during the same period, Neptune (not as intensely) will be opposing his natal Saturn and Pluto but trines its own natal position. Also, during the same period, in his progressive chart Mars and Uranus will remain in conjunction in the tenth house, the house of professional and political activity, and in his ninefold progressive chart Uranus will be in the seventh house and Mars in the seventh and (after October 3) in the eighth.
What does this mean?
Well...the squares mean it certainly is not going to be a smooth sailing for him. In fact he will be facing lot of obstacles in his quest for becoming governor of California. The seventh house Uranus means he has a powerful rival who is likely to surprise him in this contest with a sudden and a totally unpredictable event. And in addition, Mars in the seventh makes it worse for him in terms of achieving success. Not a desirable planetary configuration!
Lets look at his likely rival Lt. Gov. Bustamante's chart. Mr. Bustamante was born in Dinuba, California on January 4, 1953 at 12 PM (PST). Again without going in details and assuming his birth information is reasonably accurate, I would place his birth time closer to 12:03 PM. The salient features of Lt. Governor's chart are: Neptune, Sun, and Saturn are on their respective house cusps; Neptune and Saturn on seventh house cusp and Sun on 10th house cusp. Saturn being exalted in the seventh house with Neptune makes him a shrewd politician, and the Sun in the tenth assures him success in politics....which is why he is Lt. Governor.
Looking at his progressive chart during the next three weeks, Mars and Uranus transit natal Venus; Pluto quincunxes natal Uranus, Neptune squares natal Jupiter; Jupiter transits natal Moon; Saturn transits opposite natal Sun and Jupiter transits opposite natal Mars. In his ninefold progressive chart, Uranus remains in the eighth house while Mars remains in the eighth house till October 3, and then enters the ninth house. Presently the planets that are influencing his life are: Mars, Venus, Saturn, and Neptune.
What does it all mean?
While Saturn, Pluto, Sun, and Jupiter's current transits are not favorable for Mr. Bustamante, Mars and Uranus transits are very positive for him. Again it's not going to be a cake walk but compare to Mr. Schwarzenegger, Mr. Bustamante's chances look lot better in winning the recall election. However, Uranus's disposition in the eighth house of his progressive ninefold chart bothers me a little. He must take care of his personal safety during these three weeks. It may so happen that despite his good winning chances people of California may vote against recall keeping Mr. Davis as their governor.
In summary between Schwarzenegger and Bustamante the latter has a better chance of winning the recall election. However, California may keep Mr. Davis (I don't have his birth information) or elect some one else as their governor. But again remember my earlier take on this recall election? "the outcome of the crisis would certainly be totally unpredictable and unimaginable!" We shall see.

California Governor Election Recall: In light of recent surge in political scrambling for California Governor recall election I was wondering how and what planetary configurations might have caused these activities to take place. After looking at planetary positions and movements over past 3-4 months this is what I came up with:
California represents a true characteristics of Uranus...whimsical, crazy, change, unorthodox, brilliant, fashion trend setter, liberal, very independent, scientist, strongly believes in always improving the existing ways of doing things, skeptic, egoist, and constantly loves change. The land and people of California also represent a true Aquarian characteristics. Uranus has been in the sidereal zodiac sign Aquarius, a sign ruled by Saturn (and in modern astrology also ruled by Uranus), for last 2-3 years. Aquarius is an air sign, a sign of intelligence---a very positive force for innovations, inventions, and discoveries in scientific and technical fields.
Uranus being very independent and egoist has a natural tendency to change things or cause a crisis related to the (zodiac) sign the moment it enters that sign. For instance, remember the energy crisis in California? That happened about the time Uranus entered the sidereal Aquarius.
Now why political crisis in California now?
For any crisis situation, especially political...one needs to look at lunar nodes, Mars, Saturn, and Pluto. If one of these planets become tangled with Uranus for a considerable amount of time (time to develop crisis situation and lasting long enough to create an event) it certainly creates a situation.
Well...on June 3, Mars entered the sidereal zodiac Aquarius, and through June 21-26 Mars was in conjunction with Uranus. About once every couple of years Mars conjuncts Uranus...so what's the big deal one might ask.
Typically Mars transits through a zodiac sign on average in about 7-8 weeks. But this time Mars is going to stay in Aquarius for a longer duration, a duration that will extend though December 5. During this six month period Uranus is going to be positioned between 5 to 9 degrees of (sidereal) Aquarius. In addition, Uranus became retrograde on June 7 (soon after Mars's entry in Aquarius) and it's going to stay retrograde till November 8. Mars became retrograde on July 29, and it's going to stay retrograde till September 27. The last time such extended conjunction of Mars and Uranus occurred in sidereal Aquarius was about over 85 years ago.
Based on Uranus-Mars configuration alone, which is a very dominating configuration for the crisis under consideration, I would expect the crisis to reach its peak during September 15 - October 4 period (the time during which Uranus and Mars come close to each other within a degree orb). Since Uranus loves surprises and Mars loves drama...the possibilities are limitless! One thing for sure ....the outcome of the crisis would certainly be totally unpredictable and unimaginable! I intend to follow up this crisis and provide you with more timely updates as this drama continues to unfold. Meanwhile I would appreciate receiving birth information along with its source for verification (if possible) on Governor Davis, Arnold Schwarzenegger and other prominent candidates participating in the race.
